I've fitted the Sony MP3 head unit which is a standard DIN E fitting and came with its own sleeve, but the sleeve is just too big for the DIN E fitting in the dash.
Has anyone else managed to fit their head unit without this problem? I wouldn't bother asking, but the Sony unit is too loose for general usage without its dedicated cage.

Generally, you should get a new mounting bracket, if they can't accomodate the hu. Even with after market brackets though, you're more than likely going to have to drill or punch out new holes to align with the hu mounting holes.

DOn't give up so easily, pick up a drill and try it again.

You'll need a adaptor plate, a dealer should be able to order one for you, standard part in all new sedona's in UK.

Thanks Murphwiz. I'm off to my local dealer to ask them.
BTW - is it me or does the sales guy at all Kia dealers look like he's bothered you've turned up?
