Cool 2005 Kia Sedona Hesitates when accelerating

I have a 2005 Kia Sedona with 73k miles, that hesitates from time to time when accelerating from a stop light or sign. Not getting any warrning lights and the problem is very intermittent. Tried replacing the throttle possition sensor and thought this had fixed the problem but now it's back. Changed the plugs just about 2k miles ago.
Since the problem only happens from time to time it has been very hard to diagnose, has been a great van since we bought it four years ago and this has been the only real prolbem we have had. Wondering if anyone has had a similar problem, or has any suggestions on what we can do to fix the problem.
