Default Timing Marks- 2005

I understand how the timing marks line up on the cam, but where is the timing marks for the crankshaft. There is a machined notch in the crankshaft pulley is that the timing mark for this? When I set the camshaft marks properly, the crankshaft pulley mark is about 30 degrees off top dead center. FYI the van won't run. I believe the timing has jumped, but i'm not sure. That timing belt looks damn near new though. Any help greatly appreciated.
