Default Wobbly Mirror - Can't See What's Broken! PLEASE HELP

Hi All,

I'm a new Sedona owner (i.e I've just bought one but it's an 03 plate). There seems to be many mirror threads but none that appear to have this problem.

When driving I noticed that off-side wing mirror was wobbling about, I have had a look at it and have found that it just doesn't seem to be fixed properly, as a result it just flops down.

I took the glass off and that is attached firmly to the round clip that many seem to have problems with, and the little ball is there too.

There doesn't appear to be anything broken off or any fixings missing from what I can see. The two white plastic fixing rods are there and can be located properly.

The motor is also working, but the mirror still just flops.

I've tried to have a look at the other side, but can't seem to get it off and am wary about breaking it as I have used a fair amount of force without it popping out so far.

Has anyone ever suffered a similar issue? Or perhaps even have a picture of what the assembly should look like?

As I said I'm new to the Sedona and would be very grateful for any help or hints.

Thanks
