Default stansmision vibration

hi i have got a 07 sedona new shape 2.9 deisel sedona runs great but i took my caravan away at the weekend and on the way back home i noticed a very bad vibrating noise seemed to come from ie the drive shafts or the transmision it was like driveing over a catle grid or rumble strips in the road it only apered at cruising speed at 60 mph as soon as i touched the accselerator it disapered again i let cruise and the noise came back i could feel the vibration through the steering wheel also when i brake from speed i feel the steerig wheel vibration i have checked the disk run out and they seem ok and also the tyres for warping but nothing seems to be at fault so i took it to a freinds garage and put it on his lifting ramp and jacked the both wheels up and when you hold the inner cv joint on the gearbox end and rock the wheel backwards and rowards their is a knocking noise and play in both cv joints at 14000 miles i whould not expect any play at all has anyone had similer problems i spoke to kia service department and they said they had a drive shaft fail on one ??????ore maybee was it more common than they say help please nobby

Not a bad spark plug or lead causing the engine to miss-fire?
That would feel like vibration when on the road especially when towing.
