Unhappy 2005 Sedona CD player problem

I DID the search, but no answer. Here is the problem--CD will not release. Display reads "CD IN" with radio on. Push eject PB-display reads "NO CD". pulled fuse-reinstalled fuse-no change (except loosing the PB stations)

Is there a reset button on the face of the radio? The stock unit should have one, it probably is not marked. TSB on kiatecinfo.com states to push the reset with the power on. Good luck.
