Default Grinding noise from pullies at idle while in gear

I just replaced my alternator and now i have a grinding noise coming from the pully area of the engine while its idling in gear. I've checked all the bolts and they are all tight and the belts are routed ok. I loosend the top motor mount and pryed the engine backwards to Get the alternator bolt out,but that seems fine also . Any ideas ?

thanks

You could remove the belts and check all the pullies seperately or if you have a long enough prybar and the room for it, you can isolate the noise. Good luck.
