Default Heater Matrix Leaking

Hi - does anyone know the procedure to replace a Sedona TDi front heater matrix, mine is leaking inside the car. I removed the glove box and struts on the passenger side and can get at it quite easily but can't see exactly how it comes out. Apparently it doesn't involve a dash removal. I have had a quote - not from Kia for £460 - but have heard it's not too difficult a job. Can anyone help? Failing that can I just isolate it without affecting the rear one?

Any help appreciated, I'm driving to Germany in a month, if I don't have it fixed by then, I'll have to take our small car!
