Question Sedona Steering Pulling Left

The salesman who sold the new Sedona to me has driven it and says "The steering is faulty." Pulling to the left on a stright flat road.
The service department say the car drives the same as all other Sedonas and despite lazer alignment cannot correct or find any fault.
Kia customer relations are following the service departments reports.
All other UK Sedona drivers I have asked have no problem.
Where do I go now?
Colin.

Welcome to the forum.

I wonder if you're having a similar problem to the one this thread.

Keep the pressure on Kia to resolve it or replace the vehicle.

I had a similar problem after having a new tyre fitted the front of mine (different brand)....Suddenly developed a severe pull to the left.

Tracking was okay as was wheel balance but i still suspected the tyre. So put the spare wheel on the car (same brand as other front tyre) - no more problems
