Default sedona 2.9crdi blowing window fuse

hi all new on here
done a good half hour search and while theres loads nothing resulting in my issues
i bought a sedona 2.9crdi to rplace a galaxy i had and needed a larg engine to drag the caravan and hump the kids about,
firstly about 4 months ago the fuse blew for the windows (front) this also stopped the dash lights fom working the speedo, rev counter, aircon, temp guage, central locking i replaced the fuse and all seemed well till it did it again, and again i replaced the fuse,
now it did it again yesterday this time while the car was running sat at idle but for the first time running, the starter moter kicked in as if the key had been turned again, also the wipers camme on did 2-3 wipes and went off,
i replaced the fuse and tried to start the car, well it starts but it starts at acc on the ignition barrel and just keeps the starter motor fired out,
needing to get to work at 5 am i ended up pulling the fuse and using the car without afore said items working,

is it something simple ?

thanks for any help in advance

Default

had auto eletrician out yesterday,
the cause was the central locking.
the wires behind the fuse box drivers side.
the central locking wire had melted and shorting everything out.
so need to have the whole lot rewired.

so if anyone has these problems check behind the fuse box and have a look at wires see if any have melted,
