dont know about dic sizes go to a factor they should be able to tell you what you need but changing discs and pads is simple or a difficult job depending on your skill level your stock of tools and how things go (see thread by pete b when everything went wrong for him)it took me a couple of hours (with plenty of tea and smoke breaks) the biggest problem for me was the caliper bolts were ******* tight and the screws which hold the discs on were chewed (had to use a centre punch and drift them loose) also my trolley jack handed in its chips

There are two different sizes of discs for the sedona and three different types of pad .
I kept an old pad for a reference when buying new ones. Take your wheel off and have a good look at the pads before you buy as for the discs my 04 crdi took the thicker larger ones bought my pads from nipponautoparts.com £24.45 delivered and discs from iezura ( ebay ) £30.49 delivered.

I had quite a bit of bother but that was the first time I had tried anything really on my car, great learning experience looking back on it now.

If you can find the thread have a read of it you may find some advice within it.

AFAIR I payed about £25 from my local motorfactors for my front pads any decent MF should give you the correct part without you needing to know.....mine did...!
