Hi all,

Has anyone got the bleeding instuctions for the water system on a 2.9CRDi Sedona 2002?

Most modern vehicles don't require bleeding of the coolant system, so I'm only guessing that your's does not require bleeding.

It sounds more like your head gasket is blown and allowing combustion gases into the cooling system as suggested in this thread of yours - http://www.kia-forums.com/kia-carniv...n-hot-why.html

i havent had to bleed my sedona but a couple of weeks ago had to bleed a t25 vw with engine in back and radiator in front and even using the bleed screws i still had problems ended up having to park on a steep (very) slope with the engine uppermost and leave it running with the filler open allowing it to burp out air often reving the engine to help force the coolant round and the air out
ps a few weeks after we got our car took it away for a long trip and it lost about 2 litres of water but topped up and never used any since
