Kia Sedona (y Reg )2.9 tds Starting Problem

Hi PLEASE HELP !!!

My Y reg Kia sedona was ok up untill about a week ago . i started seeing these problems below
1. when the car starts uo for about 5 minutes the lights (When on) dim then go bright and at the same time i can hear a clicking noise coming from somewhere in the dash .
2 also when the engine is running and at the same time as the lights dimming the heaters (when on) go less powerfull as well this only happens for about 5 mins into the journey ..

the last 2 days when trying to start the car in the morning the battery is dead . but after 10 secs with someone giving me a jump start it turns over and starts as normal .

I have had the battery checked twice and also had the alternator checked twice and both are ok

What could be the problem ??
an electrical drain somewhere ??
starter solinoid ??

not being an expert i can make a suggestion which may be of help (more likely not) but anyway a possibility is a poor earth connection
