02 Sedona Trans Shutters on Shift

Hello,

Just purchased a 02 Sedona LX 3.5 gas-auto trans with 120,000 miles on it. Runs good. Transmission shutters (slips) going into 4th shift. Also will constantly shudder if traveling at constant speed around 45 mph. Trans fluid a little dark which I plan on having flushed. No check engine lights on. It is hard to tell if the problem is torque converter lockup or actually slipping of the gear. I don't feel it above 55 mph. Any ideas on how to diagnose?

Took the plunge and replaced the trans with a Kia Reman. Works good now after replacing the Output Speed Sensor which was defective on the Reman Trans. It is quite a thrill when crusing at 75 mph and it downshifts hard into 3rd. PO720 was the code.
