You have to break your arm in several places first.

Just kidding, but you do need nimble fingers to get in there. Take it from me, if you replace one, replace the other. This way you know what you're doing. I had replaced one and about 6 months later the other one failed, so I was re-learning how to replace the light all over again.

Big difference from my old van, twist and unplug style. And about double the price.

just had to change one on my 02 and found it much easier to pop the light unit out (easier access and could see what i was doing ) to change the headlight it is the big cream coloured plugs about a quarter turn and pull out then there is a spring clip to hold in the bulb ps do not touch the glass of the new bulb as the grease deposit will make it fail quickly if you do touch use a solvent such as meths to clean it glenn

Thanks, Glenn. I was about to replace both my bulbs when I read this. Turns out you need an 8mm metric driver to remove the fixtures, but its SOOOO much easier than the way I was doing it. Just be careful removing the fixture, I broke the plastic support on the top of the lense.
