You pulled and checked EVERY fuse in the under hood box and in the interior fuse panel?

I'm at a loss. The vehicle starts okay, correct? Just no lights, gauges, etc. Maybe someone else here has an idea.

Default Electrical problem's

Hi.
It could still be a battery problem... Sometimes when car batteries are "deep cycled" they just do funny things like that. '
try and replace the batt, before u go too deep into wiring diagrams etc..
If not... Check what kind of car battery (volt, load) was installed in the Jumper car.
Then i'll show u via diagrams, what can have happened.

Default Similar problem

Hi
We have had similar problems with our Sedona - In Sept, my car was hit by another and had to go into the garage for repairs. Whilst there, the battery went flat, they jump started it and blew the electrics. This in turn blew the locking door actuator, which in turn affected the interior lights, and courtesey light function and various other dashboard lights also. This happened in September, and the car is regularly going into our local Kia dealers (paid for after a long fight by Esure) who are changing various electrical parts, only for another problem to develop.
All this for a bump in the passenger rear door! So good luck, we have had no problems up to this with our car, but now it seems everything is going at once - lets just see how long the insurance company keep paying !!!

Default Forgot to mention

Forgot to say that whilst the car was in the dealers, they did mention that some Kia's dont respond well to jump starting - my model is the Sedona Executive and as its all electric he said they can be temperamental when jump starting. It's much better (where you can) to remove the battery and charge independently.
