Exclamation Kia Carnival 2002 Diesel Breaks and steering wheel stop working for seconds.

Kia Carnival 2002 Diesel 2.9

When running, the breaks and the steering wheel stop working for a few seconds.

It looks like the electricity generation stops working and the hidraulic pump stops (dealer's version).

It behaves as if the engine stopped, but it is running.

After a few seconds everything works ok, but the battery stops charging.

The problem is intermitent, but I'm worried because high chances of an accident.

The Kia Service Center haven't found the cause of the problem in a week.

I need serious help.

Default Thanks for the advices.

It looks they checked the belts, so the alternator replacement could be the next step.

Thanks again.
