Talking Hurray....at last out with the old in with the new!!!

I finally traded in my 2003 Sedona for the new one. She was a good ole girl, I liked her even though she had the ride of a school bus, and rattled like one from day one. Other than that it was a good buy.
I can't get over the difference in the 2007.....yeow this has more contraptions on it than the space shuttle..... and I don't have to skin my knuckles to change the oil !!! Here's to a happy ownership !

Default Congratulations

Welcome to the ranks of VQ owners (KIA refers to the new model vans as VQ models, older as GQ).

My wife uses our van as her daily driver and I have a 2006 (LD) Spectra. I drive the van often, especially on long trips, and really enjoy it and its features.

George in Wisconsin.

I was an owner of a 2002 Sedona that I traded in on a 2005 Sorento. I loved the Sedona and now love the Sorento even more but I had an oppourtunity to rent a 2007 Sedona.

Wow I can say that I am VERY impressed. So much so that I may have to go to the dealer and inquire about trading the Sorento on one. I drove the Sedona from Florida to New York state and I was very impressed with the comfort, amenities and the power of the engine. The only disapointment would be with the stereo system in that it lacked an MP3 CD player and an AUX inut for SAT radio. These were 2 things standard on the beow mwntioned Nissan.

In a contrast I had driven a 2007 Nissan Quest SL down and my back was KILLING me the entire time and has continued to today. When in the Sedona I found the seats very supportive and my back was hurting much less in the Sedona.

I do have to say that if I do the trade it will have to be for an EX with power doors. The Nissan I drove had them and they are addictive and now are a must.

Sounds like the body / chassis / engine departments finally decided to speak with one another

Enjoy your new ride
