Driver's Seat Memory

Hello,

Has anyone had any problems with storing seat positions in memory? In our '06 it seems that every time we hit 1 or 2, the position the seat ends up at is random. According to the manual, we've been setting the memory positions correctly, but for some reason, the van wants to forget what has been set.

I have my car at the dealer right now because the control panel will not remember the seat positions. They told us it was the key that stores the seat positions and we should use each key as memory one and memory two. Basically even if I sit down and press the preset memory it forgets it and I manually have to move the seat. The rear view mirror moves into position but not the seat. When we first owned the car it remembered each position now....it never remembers.
