Any Info On '06 Sedona Release?

Just curious...

I'm in need of a minivan as my family is getting bigger and my Rio certainly isn't.

My wife wants a Toyota Sienna but after seeing some of the information on the 2006 Sedona and enjoying my Rio I'm hoping to save some money, stick with my brand, and get a Sedona.

...If it is coming out sometime soon.

...I was close to buying a 2005 Sedona, but once I saw all the upgrades they will be making on the 2006 model I just couldn't bring myself to get the 2005. (although I was awfully close until I looked into future models

You were definitely right to wait. If nothing else, the new Sedona has a fold-flat third row seat that the current model does not have. From everything I've seen, the 2006 Sedona should be out this Fall--September or October, probably, with the Hyundai Entourage out in the late Winter or earlySpring of 2007.

For what it is worth, Kia Canada said a strike in Korea has delayed the launch of the new Sedona. My dealership said probably December of this year.
