Agree with Gidner: you should see (B+) voltage, so if the alternator is engaged, you would see 14.3 volt output at the Ignition coil (B+) hot lead, and at MAF connector pin (2) B+ lead..
At the MAF connector, you should measure (4.8 - 5.2) volt at MAF connector pin (4) against ground: that's the (+5 volt) reference voltage supplied from the ECM,
