P0320 & P0305 and loss of power
First the Symptoms:
The tachometer in my 2005 Sedona started behaving erratically the Check Engine light would come On and Off over the course of a few weeks and eventually the tachometer stopped working completely.
When the tachometer stopped working completely and the Check Engine light stayed on permanently it had the following 2 codes:
P0320 Ignition Failure Sensor
P0305 Cylinder #5 Misfire
The repairs so far:
I got a replacement Ignition Failure Sensor online for about $80. With that the tachometer started working again.
The Remaining Problem (Need help figuring this out)
The engine doesn't seem as powerful as before all of this happened. The engine has to rev up to 3000 RPMs to shift from gear to gear, and the transmission shifts are very sluggish.
What could be causing the loss of power???
I have not replaced any spark plugs or ignition coils, I'd figure I'd do this one step at a time to pin-point the root cause.
I've seen some post online saying that this might have to do with a damaged PCM but there wasn't a lot of details behind that.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks :-)
