Intake Manifold Bolts
INTAKE MANIFOLD BOLTS
I have been indoctrinated into the 'remove your intake manifold just to replace to spark plugs' school, kind of.
Here is the situation. I need to replace the back three spark plugs and wires in my sisters 2004 Kia Sedona 3.5L V6 engine.
I have read all the great post on the forum and have a pretty good idea of what to do. However, the space at the back of the intake manifold near the firewall is tight and the five bolts on the back hand side have not been removed in 100,000 miles.
So I went to the hardware store and bought a can of liquid wrench, ever hear of it? I sprayed down the bolts on Sunday and plan to do the same on Thursday, then try it once more. Anyone have advice on an alternative approach?
Anyone try using liquid wrench? Thoughts?
FUEL FILTER QUESTION
One last seemily unrelated question . . . does the 2004 Sedona have a fuel filter? It is in the fuel pump? The good folks at Schucks/ Orielly Auto parts and AutoZone can't get their hands on the part.
Thanks in Advance
