Default Best way to change Fog Light Bulb?

Can someone tell me the best way to get behind the Fog Light to change the bulb is? Pull the Headllamp and go that way?

Can you get to it from underneath? Put it on ramps, pull that plastic shield?

It does have shields underneath but I think, it may be easier to just pull the headlamps if I can get to them that way its only 2 bolts for the headlamps...hmm

if you remove the whole lamp you will HAVE to aim them...
simply pull the bulb from behind. rotate and pull.

I got them out by removing the headlamps and reaching down was a tight fit scratched up my arms pretty good.
