Default Spotage owners - right miserable lot.....

I posted on the Sportage forum, that i was thinking of getting a 2007 xs model sportage to go with my carens and asked for any buying advice. A week later and 34 views not one reply. Miserable B$$%ar##s. Just goes to show, we are such a friendly bunch on the Carens/Rondo forum. Anyway, gone with the no brainer now, purchased a 2006 Honda CRV 2.2 CDTi yesterday, in silver, the same as my Carens. The only worry is, will i be able to tell them apart when looking from the front ???

Hi Pablo,

I know exactly what you mean about 'old' CRV & Carens looks from the fornt - how about a side-by-side picture? Also, many Kias seem to have more than a passing resemblance to Toyotas - at least to my eyes.

I have a 2nd Gen CR-V 2003 and our new Kia Rondo 2008. I was worried about the same thing, esp because I had a Blue CR-V and my wife wanted the Rondo Blue as well. It just so happened that Canada had no Blue Rondos in the system when we bought, so we went with Urban Grey.

CR-V trunk is more spacious, but the Rondo has a 3rd row, has a smoother engine and just feels nicer to drive. Still like the CR-V though - rock solid in reliability.

I posted on the sportage page and I did get a couple of replies (190 views, 3 replies), definately not as much feedback as I seem to get on this forum, but still at least a couple of people offered up some very useful information.
