Default KIA carens 1.8 2001 fuel inlet pipe

Hi

i am trying to locate the fuel inlet pipe that goes into the carburettor. I have purchased a fuel saving magnetic devise and it suggests that you connect it on this pipe. Any ideas or pic i would be very greatful.

Hi & welcome to the forum.

I'd close the bonnet back down, throw the magnetic 'thing' in the bin & consider the job well & truly done! These are notorious not to work & actually are capable of doing more harm than good.

The simple way of ensuring your fuel economy is the best possible is to do a full mechanical service, check your tyre pressures are correct & drive slightly more carefully than normal.

Alternatively sell the 1.8 petrol & join the diesel club!!!
