By sheer coincidence, Motoring 2008 is doing their long-term wrap-up of the Rondo in this weekend's episode. Wonder if they'll mention the pulling to the right??
I think it might be a re-run. They (i.e., Graeme Fletcher) did a brief wrap-up late last year--check it out on YouTube.

i bought an 07 V6 Rondo two weeks ago. I noticed pulling to the right. I brought it back in and they found it to be 2 degrees out of line. They fixed it. drove home to find that it still pulled to right. i had had my wife bring in today. they test drove it and said they found nothing wrong. i talked to them over the phone insisting that it has a problem, but they said they cant do anything about it as everything checks "ok".
So I left work and drove over there (45 min away) to meet my wife. I sat down with the service manager and he agreed to look at it deeper on a day that wasnt as windy to get a true test of the "pulling".
So that's where i am as of now. I wiil keep you posted.

Isu, thank you for your feedback. I'd be very interested to know what they adjusted. They noted that it was two degrees and they fixed it. Since the camber and caster are not adjustable it leaves us to wonder how they fixed it. If they just adjusted the toe setting, it would do little to nothing to solve your pulling problem. You should ask the service manager this. I am on five months of ownership and over 10,000kms and still have not had this problem resolved.
As far as I know the dealership alignment machine is still out of commission. The regional Kia representative could be absorbed in dealing with an explosion at a Kia dealership in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. It killed a 22 year old auto body technician.
Keep us posted. I will add you to the list on the first post.

All they told me was that the "alignment was 2 deg out". It may have been a toe setting as I could not tell a difference anyway. I should have more on my situation by the end of the week when the manager has had a chance to look into it further.
Am not a Kia owner yet ... but i have spoken to few people and the issue might no be with the alignment of the wheels it might be the wheels themselfs. I know someone mentioned here before that they have replaced the wheels and tiers and nothing has changes. Well what if the rim is not balanced ? I know they are alloy wheels and should be balanced but there were some issues with rims not being balanced at the factory.
I would check that too, it may seem silly but you just never know.
