Thanks dmfoly, can you fill out your profile as to what you drive and where you are located. Do you have a 5 or 7 passenger. Thanks, for this input. The troubling part of your post is that the camber settings are still out. They fixed the problem of the pull by rotating your tires side to side. My thought is this pull will return once the tires break in to their new position.
Its not tires in my case. I had new winter tires installed and the condition still exists. I truly appreciate your feedback.
Yet another V6 owner complaining about pulling to the right. Thing there is a manufacturing flaw here?
Narvo, Did you notice that dmfoley had the camber adjusted ("put back onto alignment rack, adjust strut bolt to correct front camber & front & rear toe")? Your original post indicated that camber is fixed. I wonder what is up with that.

I did notice that but it did nothing for the problem as noted by them on the road test afterwards. The mechanics here also noted that the camber and caster settings are fixed. I can draw on my own mechanical back ground and speculate that the mechanics in this case were trying to find a way to adjust the camber setting by adjusting the strut bolt in absence of a true camber adjustment.
We currently have 17000kms on the Rondo and continue to be annoyed by the 'pulling to the right' issue we've experienced since purchase.
We haven't been able to schedule another appointment with the dealership due to time constraints and a lack of confidence that they'll correct the problem. Not a good idea to put this on the back burner, yes, I know.
I'll speak with my wife today about calling the dealer and setting something up.
I will post back as soon as we know anything further.
Good luck, and I'll make sure to check in here more often.
I just sent an Email to the dealership outlining our continued displeasure and requesting corrective action.
If need be can people provide me repair information (scan or fax) of the work that was performed along with any other pertinent info concerning this problem to present to my dealership?

Much thanks!
dmac, I have detailed the attempted fixes thus far on the 1st post of this thread. I plan on printing this thread to give a copy to the regional rep when I meet him next week.
dmfoley's was fixed by a mere tire rotation. Hasn't helped in my situation.

Some are having their's fixed by a mere tire rotation. Hasn't helped in my situation.
Welcome back, I look forward to your feedback.
I noted that - but was hoping for something 'official' from someone that had the problem actually verified by the dealership. The 2 times we complained about it we were told that they adjusted the tire pressure and it was fixed and that the Rondo is 'sensitive to the crest of the road'.
They're not brushing me off that easily this time around.
I will keep you posted and hopefully we can all find a resolution to this problem. You're having a nightmare with it - that's unacceptable.
Didn't Graeme Fletcher, the guy who does automobile test drives on the Motoring 2007 (now 2008) TV show and a columnist for a Toronto-based newspaper (can't remember the name of the publication), end up buying a V-6 Rondo for himself?? I wonder if it wouldn't be worthwhile for someone to send him a copy of this thread. Who knows, maybe his Rondo has the same problem.
Kia Canada may be more responsive to the "pulling to the right problem" that some people are having with their Rondos if someone in the media brought it to their attention. I realize that it may be "a shot in the dark", but then again, it might just work.

I have e-mailed Graeme Fletcher and copied Bill Gardiner of Motoring 2008. If I get a response I will be sure to share it here!
