My repair went all the way to Step F. If that didn't work they would have replaced the tires according to that schedule.

Default 2007 4 cyl. PULLING HARD as well

Greetings,

Joshua here from Victoria Canada. I share the same pain, pulling hard right and this is on the 4cyl 7 passenger. Here is a history of struggling with my local Reg Midgely Kia Victoria:

1st Service: took in and technitian drove and gave me the natural curvature speech.
2nd Service: couldn't ignore any longer, took in and they did an allignment and other. Seemed to be a little better until extreme rattling occured and took it in again and they ordered a sway bar.
3rd Service: Replaced sway bar, and then they replaced the front stabilizer links, checked your tire pressure and also tightened the chassey belts.

Current status: the pulling is back with a vengence, seems just as bad if not worse than before but NOW HAS A SHIMMY at 60km/h !!!!

TODAY Called Canadian Customer service (as recommend in thread, thank you) , note Canadian Kia Number is 1 (877) 542-2886 and complained and got the "case number", and got her to email me back our chat in which she says over and over, take it back to the dealer and there is nothing else they can do, "take it back to the dealer".

Appreciate any suggestions?

Interesting that you are the first I4 owner to complain about this. Welcome to the forum.

I've seen at least one, possibly 2 other I4 owner who has reported this in a different post somewhere within this site.

gojoshgo did this issue just start or has it been there from the start, many are indicating it just develops over time.

I have something different to tell you all!
If you can believe it my pulling to the right has completely gone away after a 10Km service at the dealership.
All they did was rotate the tyres and change the oil, and maybe did something secret to the front end without me knowing about it!
I have driven the car about 2000 Km now and absolutely no pulling to the right anymore!

In some cases, rotating the tires does it. It appears that the problem in your case was the tires. Glad to hear that you no longer have this problem and it was a relatively simple fix.

I am the other person in this thread with I4 7 seater 07 Rondo. As per Kia's advice I am taking the car again to the dealer on Monday 8/4/08. I will keep you posted.
