I'm just curious, as this appears to be a safety issue is there any governing board that the issue can be raised too that could put some pressure on KIA to resolve the issue?
Although if it is true KIA is trying to resolve the problem already there may not be much they can do.
Probably right that if they are working on it, there not much more that can be done. A forced recall will not likely happen unless it it deemed to be a safety issue from the Transportation Board or someone gets into an accident and the the investigation deems the pull caused the accident. Either way, Kia will likely have responded by then.
I've just called 3 different KIA dealerships in the area and explained my problem to them - they've never heard of such a thing. So as far as a SERVICE BULLETIN is concerned, it doesn't seem likely.
I'm bringing the Rondo in once more to a different dealer this time. I'll follow up later this week with what was diagnosed.
Narvo, would you mind disclosing your dealership that corrected the problem? The dealership I'm going to suggested I find out as much as I could.
It was Strait Way Kia in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. They had to bore out a small amount in the bolt knuckle that connects the strut to the steering knuckle. This allowed them to get a camber/caster adjustment, which, from factory was not possible as it is fixed from the factory.

I feel like mine is doing the same thing as in that video but my brother told me he thought it was the fact the roads "lean" to the right slightly. I am going to have it looked at and see what the dealer says.
My vehicle also tends to drift to the right, but I always assumed it was due to the slope of the road due to drainage. I don't think the drift is as strong as the pull as stated in this thread or in that video, though. For instance, in that video, the guy tugs the steering wheel just slightly to the left and lets go, but his vehicle eventually starts pulling to the right, anyway. I tried doing that in my vehicle, but my vehicle will go drifting to the left rather than eventually pulling to the right.
