Default 07 Rondo LX v6

I am a US Kia customer with the same V6 pull issue. After finding this site I told my dealer about the TSB from Kia Canada. I was told they could not access it, so I called KIA US, which was not able to access the document. I called KIA Canada and they knew all about it, but told me to go through my dealer as they had sent it out already. When I told them I was a US customer I was informed they could not provide me with the TSB as the Canadian models are "manufactured to different standards."

Do any of the Canadian posters have a copy of the TSB they would be willing to share? Apart from this issue I have been very pleased with the Rondo and would like to continue driving it, without extra effort, for a long time.

Thanks

paholler, welcome to the forum. Please up date your profile to include what you drive and where you are located. I have asked from my regional manager a copy of the TSB but I never received it. Next time I am at the dealer I will ask for a copy. I want one for my files anyway.

Please provide me with your manufacture date.

Funny, at first glance, I thought you wrote, "malfunction date." Although with some V6's, maybe it's one and the same.

Narvo,

I will get you the manufacture date when I get the car back. It is at the dealer right now (2 more times and I take advantage of the lemon law).

Sorry for the delay in my response, for some reason my e-mail notification never enabled.

Picked up my new Carens (English Rondo) 4Cyl Diesel. It pulls to left (Right hand drive).

Hi & welcome to the forum. 1st thing, please fill out the rest of your profile with the year/model/seating capacity/colour of your vehicle, this makes it easier for all to understand which car your talking about, thanks.

Yours is the 1st UK Carens I've heard of with this problem however it could simply be tyres. Mine arrived with totally the wrong pressures after its pdi, be prudent to check these & a simple rebalance 1st, please make sure your dealer does this before altering anything in the setup.

Please keep the forum informed as to the progress, it's been an interesting 'ride' for all those across the pond with this issue & feel free to ask anything else about the UK Carens, there are quite a few on here with good knowledge of the product.

Mark.

As stated under warranty repairs, this is good news - sounds like a recall might be on the horizon. Thanks rangav.
