It does CD, DVD, Divx, Mp3, Controls my iPod, and it has Garmin Navigation built in. It will also do bluetooth if you buy the adapter. I bought it online for $877 at Onlinecarstereo.Com - Wholesale Car Audio/Stereo Deals At Bargain Prices (no advertisment intended). i got the wire harness and dash kit from Crutchfield.
I also gutted the interior and dynamated all the bare metal i could see. still need to do the doors.

Default My Receiver

This is not as good as the other one, but it only cost $129 including the install kit. Plays CD's including CD's with MP3 files, 3 FM and 1 AM band you can plug in an HD or Sirius or you can plug in an IPOD. Since I have the new Zune 80G unit I did not opt for a higher priced unit that would control it an IPOD. It is also blue tooth ready. So far sounds great to my tin ear. The mount leaves a little shelf for my zune or other things.

well, there is nothing between the cartpet and the metal floor in the back, so I pulled out the seats and carpet and put down some sound deadening material called dynamat. I still need to pull the door panels and rear hatch panel off and do them.

Thumbs up

Nice Job, I'm surprise at how flat the floor pan is on the Rondo. Any other plans for the sound system? You are not running factory speaker are you? KC

thanks very much, nice to see whats under all that covering. You are quite handy, not sure I would want to tackle that, particular on a new vehicle, would be worried that I would loose a part or not put it back correctly. How long did it take you to do this and what is the cost of that material, not sure if they sell that in Canada.

Would be interested in your door and tailgate work with pictures just find out whats behind there. Probably needs it as you can sure hear the radio outside the vehicle and it sounds a bit tinny when you turn on that back wiper.

I've never really touched this stuff, but heard it really works for sound deadening, but is very heavy. Any estimates about what a sheet weighs?
