I realize this is an old thread, but its a sticky and thought this might be appropriate to add, with the help of Google maps here is the location of the three Korean plants and what they produce. I've just recently returned from Seoul and visited the largest Kia factory located Hwaseong

here's the satellite shot of the Hwaseong Plant, which is the largest of the three plants established in April 1989, employing nearly 12,000 in the factory, 15,000 overall. It covers over 803 acres and the building area covers 11,366,689 sq. ft.
The factory builds, the Optima (K5) (not the one for the US), Cadenza (K7), Forte (Cerato), Sorento R (not the one for the US and Canada) and the Mohave.

the Hwaseong plant in relation to the port. They cannot load vehicles directly next to the factory due to shallow water conditions.
