There have been a number of posts where the quality of dealer support has been criticised. How about recognition for the good guys, the dealers who know how to look after a customer? Too often they go unmentioned:

The whole team from our first contact with them were on our side. We were given advice, help and coffee! Trial cars were available, a collect and delivery service, advance warning of recall notices, so no shocks in the post!
