I recently got an Optima the car impressed me a lot. What impressed me the most was KIA’s dealership and their co operation. I am very happy and satisfied with their services. They made all the complicated “purchasing a car” processes very easy and less troublesome

I also had a very pleasant experience when i purchased my Optima. I also have had great experiences every time I have gone to the dealership for oil changes, etc.

If anyone is in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina, I highly reccomend Carolina KIA.

I had a wonderful buying experience when buying my Kia but had a good laugh last week while wandering the used car area while my Kia was being serviced. The same dealership was putting down my Kia while trying to sell me a different make used car!

Needless to say, he did not get my business.

Well here's an update! My experience with the local dealership here in Northern Virginia was a good one! The Cherner Automotive Group; Which sells and services Mercury, Lincoln, Isuzu and KIA is located in Tysons Corner off of Route 7 near I495. The service person that helpped me was VERY VERY helpful and friendly (BUT then again the WHOLE group that works there are awesome!!!) His name is William Welch and he could be reached @ (703) 790-5800. NEWayz, my experience with them was without a doubt, awesome and I would recommend anyone to them! Here's the exact info you'll need to find them:

Cherner Lincoln/Mercury
8550 Leesburg Pike
Vienna, Va 22182
703.790.5800 * FAX 703.893.4376

Hope this helps those near or in Tysons Corner!

Not to rain on everyone's parade, but I have had bad experiences at D.I.C.K. Scott Kia in Canton, Michigan. (Periods inserted to avoid lame profanity filter.)

Nothing against the Optima itself, but screw that dealership; they were unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful most of the time.

Sorry to hear that man.. but please don't use profanity, btw just because you've used periods, that doesn't mean that any of the moderators such as myself and Spec SX would just DELETE your post. Please respect this forum as a whole and just don't use profanity. Now with that said: One suggestion I could give to you is this: try to find those in your area (either on this forum or around your area) and talk to them.. ask them where they get their KIA's serviced. You'll never know, you just might find the dealership that isn't the **** that you've mentioned. <shrugs>

I think you misinterpreted him. The name of the dealership is (DI(K Scott) as in "Short for Richard" Scott Kia. He wasn't cursing, the name is deek scott kia.

OK. that's kool.. what I was trying to explain is that people use periods so that the filter wont cover the word.. but I do understand that it's the actual name of the dealership.. newayz, again sorry to hear that.. hopefully you'll find a suitable dealership for your car needs.
