Hi Guys

I am in need of advice.

Is it a simple job to replace the front brake pads on a Carens or would I be better of getting it done by a service centre?

I have done the pads on older cars but don't want the hassle of draining the system and all that.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Phil

I had the same questions before doing my front brakes on my magentis. I thought that it would be a different set up from north american cars and had doubts. When I got into it, it was the same set up as all the other brake systems.

The pad assembly is held on by 2 bolts, push the piston back and replace the pads.

Done. It is propably the same for yours.

Why would you have to drain the system?
