Power Mirror & Door Lock Dilemma

guys im new here and i own a 98 pregio ls van, as of now im having problems with the power door locks and the power side mirrors....my door locks only works when im unlocking the vahicle but doesn't when im locking it....as to my power mirrors they're not working at all!any one can suggest solutions to these problems will be vary much appreciated.

I am having the same door lock problem with my girlfriends Kia Optima and haven't found the answer yet either.
