Can someone please tell me how to change a brake/tail light bulb on a 2003 Kia Rio RX-V (Cinco)

I really don't want to pay $20 to have 2 bulbs replaced.

Do I take the exterior cover off or do I go from the inside trunk area behind the two storage compartments?

Thanks,
Krista

inside trunk there will be a few screws on each tailight. have to take out the whole tail light assembly then the bulbs can come out!
