Do I have to remove the glove box to change the blower motor on a 2006 Spectra?

no. there is 3 screws holding it in under the dash. you should not need to remove anything to take it out.

It will make it a lot easier if you do. It can be done without doing so, but makes a lot more room to work it you remove it. Just not much room under there and working upside down makes it a little more difficult.
