Kia Cerato low rumbling sound when accelerating

A little background
Four months ago I blew the head gasket in my Cerato ended up replacing the engine and getting lube mobiles 6 year service as it was a little over due for a service as well. While they were fixing it my fuel pump died so they replaced that as well. Got the car back and replaced the battery as it was dying to. All was well for two months then it randomly cut out and died while I was driving. I had a flight to catch so couldn't get it looked at for a week and a half until I was back. Turns out a little bit of tube or something on the fuel pump was loose so they re attached that today and my car started fine again but now it is making a low rumbling noise when I do between 30km/h and 60km/h and feels like it is lagging/not as powerful which it was not doing before. I know one of the cv joints needs to be replaced but I don't think that would cause it to be making this noise/ not be as powerful.
Any idea what it could be? nearly everything is new and I've just spent thousands fixing it a few months ago. It's an 06 are things just going to keep breaking? Should I just wreck it and get a new car?
