Today I got excited because when I got home the In-Channel visors finally had finally arrived. I opened up the box to find the front pair, they were the right size and the right colour (smoke but not overly dark) but there was a nasty chip on the left visor. It was on the edge so I wasn't too concerned about it as it was gonna be hidden by the window frame anyway. I opened up the smaller box for the rear visors and found they were much darker than the front. I thought this isn't right, I looked at the box and it didn't specify a colour on it, but what it did say was that it was for a 2002-2009 Kia Sorento.
And now I have the Shits!
I went back to the website only to find that the website link takes me to a different website, instead of customsrt.net, it goes to autotux.com. I figure fine, they've updated the website, it was still run by the same people. But when I tried my account login I found that it doesn't exist anymore. So I can't double check that I clicked the right box or whatever.
And now I am really pissed off.
I still have correspondence emails with them so I've replied via that regarding this situation. Hopefully they'll respond, otherwise I'm stuck with a pair of 2002 Sorento in-channel Visors.
Needless to say I probably won't deal with this company again.
