    Hi Cobra...

Sorry for barging in on you but I'm up against a timeline.

My neighbour has 2 handicapped kids with Palsy and needs her car to take them to the doctor tom. I'm helping her out for free but I'm a little stuck.

Would you help me a bit with your time and expertise?

    > 2000 Sephia, fuel delivery problem. Normally after checking relay and fuse I would check for power at pump.

My delay is 2 things I read here. 1. The two regulators. 2. One
person said that the sephia pump did not pump until you were cranking
    the engine.

Relay and fuse good. (haven't checked for power at pump yet)
With key in on position, little or no pressure at the rail.

I removed the rail regulator. (still attached to fuel line) and turned motor over for about 15 seconds. Just a dribble or two out of detached regulator.

Car will still start and idle, sometimes dying and when it does
not, barely runs at around 100 to 200 rpm.

    What do you think?

    Thank you for your time,
    John

    Cobra259;
Can the key fob for the 2011Kia Sorento be programmed without the key, if so can you go ahead and send the key fob, and when you get the key you can bill me for the postsage for sending the key.

A poster on my thread recommended that I pose my question to you and you might be able to help, so here goes. I'm rebuilding the engine on a 2000 Sportage that overheated on my in-laws, and the head cracked. I found a new head, but couldn't find new head bolts anywhere but the dealership. I know the originals are not Torque to Yield. What's your opinion about reusing the original bolts? And if I need to buy new ones, is there a way to get them any cheaper? Thanks.

Hi! I am the brand new owner of a 2014 Kia Sorento SX & am trying to find out what my options are for a roof rack. I saw a post you made about supplying one for about $279? Could you tell me something about it? We are needn't something for extra luggage, not bikes or kayaks., etc. What does the roof rack you mentioned work with? Could you email me at brooks2@charter.net? Thanks. Michelle

someone should check the website setup for Kia-Forums.com, as I am now on the third day and all I can view is plain text there is no background design - just like looking at a plain white background with text on it. This applies to any of these separate forums, like the Rio, Optima, Sedona, Rondo, etc - all have the same problem. I do not have this problem with any other site. Thanks.

Hey Cobra, can you get a discount on keyfobs? I have a 2013 Optima SXL. The fob is 2T100 (TF,NA). I've seen 2T000 for $129 + $20 shipping but I don't know if that one will work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I was reading your replies to some posts about the 2007 Kia Spectra and the blower not working. Mine has stopped working as well. The wires on the little black square thing (excuse my wording as I am not a mechanic) under the glove box (resistor or sensor?) were melted. I went to the Kia dealership and he pulled up my year model and showed me a part and insisted that was what I needed. It didn't look like what came off of my car so I didn't pay the $95 they were wanting for that part. So, my question is...do I need the part # 97179 1F200 to fix my blower?
