    Hi. It's refreshing to see someone fabricating & modifying their 2ndG Sportage & sharing their progress with other Sportage Fans! I too have an '06 Kia Sportage EX V6 but
    2wd & I've had it one year. After 4-5mon.I began to discover that there are virtually no aftermarket mods for this year! Any lifts, wheel & tire and off-road mods I had seen on Sportages before I bought mine, were what attracted me to the model in the 1st place, were not developed or created yet for the'06. By doing what you're doing @ home and posting here, I find encouraging. I hope you find more projects for your Kia and keep us updated. It really takes someone like you to set the pace and motivate others. Byw- do you know of any fabs or mods out there yet for a 1.5 or 2 inch susp. type lift, or 1.5in billit aluminum hub centric wheel spacer? Or maybe ideas to make the glovebox into a small refridgerated "cooler"? lol! I live in the desert in Az!
