even better now i have had two towels in all day the carpet is dry just a patch of underfelt to get to with another towel with a brick on it so well on the way and the smell has gone and no steamed up windows either

so hopefully i can now start to enjoy my car

I recommend that once you have manually removed as much of the moisture you can, place about four of these inside the car.

I would still put as much pressure on the Kia dealership - don't you have lemon law protection there?

not really, it would take too long and i have had enough and the dealer is terrible. At least i have tried a rio but i think i will stick to honda and now toyota from now on, it is a shame as i like the interior layout more than the yaris but i just need something that just works

Toyota is a great manufacturer. I cant fault you there. To be honest - thats a better choice. If I had a dollar for every kia owner ive talked to since our accident that also had an accident and didnt have the airbags go off - I could buy a yaris too. lol
