Goodbye to the Sportage

Just had to say goodbye to the best car we have ever owned, hope its replacement is half as good
Thanks to all the members who have given advice and help over the last 2 years
will pop in from time to time just to make sure your all behaving.

Traded it in for the optima, just hope it`s as trouble free as the sportage
need to modify the optima`s horn and interior bulbs, here we go again lol

Nice choice. I too have looked at the Optima (a little more grunt would be nice - we don't have the turbo, yet!) . . . but love the Sportage and will hang on to it for a while yet - got too many projects in mind that haven't even been started yet!
Wife has come to grips with her 3 door SLS Rio and feels the same - no regrets getting rid of the Subaru Impreza.

I was kinda focusing in on the part where he said

"just hope it's as trouble free as the sportage".

Why would he say that if he didn't have some issues with it...

I'm with you rogan "just hope it's as trouble free as the Sportage" does not necessary mean he had any problems.

Clearly I must be misreading it then. I mean if I had a car that had zero problems for me, why would I make a comment saying I hope my new car is as trouble free as my previous car (which I had zero problems with). Just sounds a little weird to me.

Regardless, I hope he enjoys his new Optima. A nice car, and If I didn't need the extra trunk space of the Sportage I would have totally gotten the Optima Turbo instead.
