just follow what is recommended in your owners manual with regards required maintenance. This can be done by the dealer or local garage/service centre of your choice - just make sure you keep records and receipts of the work done.

I think the manual says oil change/tire rotation for the required maintenance. Dealerships love to sell you maintenance packages. Just go there and ask for a oil change and tire rotation. Should cost under $40. Keep your manual handy so you know what needs to be done at exactly what mileage....don't do anything more.

What did they tell you they needed to do? I just did mine, did the tire balance and rotation, oil change, cabin air filter for 80 bucks...

Probably could have done the AWD fluid flush, but skipped that...

Where are you going to have it done?

Well I got it at Rosen and they have been pretty good to me on service, no complaints. But they are trying to sell me the service however.

What does the service all include?

he probably meant what is the dealer says is included that they want to charge you $300 for.

if you have a 2011 then the 15k service should have been done some time ago as if you haven't driven 15k then it should be done at 12 months.
see your manual on page 7/8 for full details. If your area or type of driving is considered severe service then some items needs to be done more often.

Mine is currently at the dealer getting the service done.

They told me it includes tire rotation, cabin filter change, oil change and "several" other adjustments. My dealer charges $189 for the service. I'm paying $230 since I switched to synthetic oil.

They didn't tell you what they were going to do first? That's not good customer service. Get a detail what they are doing. Or go somewhere else. I've been going to Russ Darrow and they are very up front with everything they suggest doing and let me decide.
