And when the opportunity comes to trade it for something better when the resale value is better matched to it's condition I will do just that. It's still too new to recover most of what I paid and it's winter now - the car does very well in the snow.

They read these forums and they need to know why a consumer won't return for another purchase. We all learned something about their integrity and standards....they will learn something about mine.
I see that you filed for the reimbursement too. That will help send the message that you too deserve some of your money back and as consumers we are willing to talk openly about what we think of the situation.
