Default who would buy a second sportage?

Today I went out looking for a car for my wife... she was looking for small car, really liked the new beetle. I called my Kia dealer after looking at their website and he got me a 2012 EX red for U$22000 that less than what I would pay for the beetle and I'm pretty tempted... But my wife thinks it's kinda weird having two of the same car we have a 2011 sand track ex, would be buying a 2012 red ex.

I would also get a discount for having them installing leather seats on both cars :-)

I really have nothing to complain about the KIA during this first year, so I have no questions about the car... but what would you guys think about having two on your garage?

Don't see a issue with is my wife and I both had 98 hatchback civic(silver and red) when she bough here 2010 soul we loved it, when i was looking at getting a new car there wasn't anything out there i realy liked besides the soul(fun to drive)so i was going to get a soul as well, thenI realized they were doing a redesign of the sportage so waited a few weeks and got that the day it came out.

if you like the car and its a better price go for it.

Very true. I was going to go with a silver Sportage but since my wife drives a silver Murano I lost that color choice. I don't an issue but we all know that if momma isn't happy, we are not happy. LOL.

Default I've been looking my self...

The sportage has grown on me and I've been searching daily for one of my own (another AWD SX). We've never had the same vehicle but always the same color. I've settled on the mineral silver but wished Kia would make the SX in snow white pearl or dark cherry.

Honestly?.....

If I had it to do over again... I wouldn't...

It's not that I don't like the car, it's that it is too small (narrow)
But it's my own fault, I bought this car without being completely honest with myself...

With the styling, the power of the SX, and all it came with for the price, I guess that I was be-dazzled and not thinking of long term comfort.

I am 6'3" and 350... and after 8 months of the daily commute ($60 miles round trip) and all the getting into and out of the car, it has become apparent to me (painfully apparent) that I have made an unwise purchase.

The kicker is that the car has depreciated in value almost $10k in this short time so now I am stuck with the car.

wish I had a chance to drive a SX, but no way I would go through all the work getting one. It's just impossible to find one here in Idaho, and if you look out there using those find car websites, you only find around 300 in the entire country on sale... I'm sure there is one I would be looking for, but I would pay more if I couldn't drive the car before plus the shipping and handle... :-(

I'm going to take a look at the 2012 EX they have available, maybe I will come back with the second on my garage

If i had to do it over again I would, Now im roughly 5'11 and 170 pounds so theres no problem with the size of the car.
