I think your plate should be your IQ + accidents. Like: 136-0. That'd be helpful.
ha! i like that.
in Victoria, a red p-plate is a plate someone must display on the front and back of the car once they get their probationary licence at age 18 or above, and after a year it goes to a green plate. They carry certain restrictions, alcohol level etc.
I've noticed that the most aggressive drivers are often the large SUVs or the larger trucks. I think they have a very unrealistic idea about their breaking power. Sometimes when I'm in a traffic jam I'll let the car in front of me gain a bunch of space so that the next time everyone brakes I'll have a larger buffer and can smooth out the flow of traffic behind me. Sometimes people interpret this as lazy driving and don't understand what I'm trying to do >_< Then there's the people (often in large trucks or SUVs) who will zoom around me when I'm braking for a light, as if they want to hurry up and get to the light so they can wait. Almost all of the wrecks I see are people who were tailgating and so even though I can stop faster than most cars, I still leave a lot of room in between me and the next car and will generally get out of the way if I'm being tailgated. It's not the worth the trouble as much as I'd like to flip them off or whatever.

I live in Texas and I just assume most people are armed, especially the people who have the "Don't Tread on Me" or "God bless our troops, especially our snipers" stickers.

Ditto! - I couldn't agree with you more...

This is funny because when I was driving my VW Cabrio I always had my NRA (National Rifle Association) membership sticker on my rear bumper and drivers side rear window!

Exactly.
My commute each day takes me past 150 squares miles of federal arsenal. Loaded with deer. For 20 minutes of driving, I've always got some hill-jack on my tail. I've hit deer twice, always about $5000 in damage, but some day it'll include my rear end thanks to tailgaters...
And The PDW...I've driven thru Texas. You guys don't do anything small. The speed limit (for Texans) STARTS at 85mph. I darn near died going around Austin. I lacked both horsepower and drinking water. Both are bad.
a red P-plate means its your first year as a driver, where the P stands for probationary.. a green P-plate is from second year up to fourth year after graduating from learners (yellow L plate).
but yeah, pretty much makes me a target for tradies and raging mums who are running late to drop off and pick up their little darlings because they were too busy bullshitting at a cafe.
however, I am taking a stand against these bullies. Wherever I can get away with it, such as a one lane road in a school zone or shopping strip where you can't overtake. Want to tailgate me in a 40km/h zone? (for all the internationals, it's a very significant penalty for speeding in a school zone and shopping strip where the max speed limit is 40km/h, mostly results in a loss of licence) thats fine, I'll slow down to 35, get closer? 30. Want to come even closer? Handbrake. It's surprising how many people catch on when they realise you're purposely slowing down just to make a point of the fact they're driving far too aggressively. I haven't had to drop below 35 yet which is a good sign, I suppose.

not advisable, although i know where you're coming from
just take it from me, don't change your speed at all, and treat the rear view mirror as a TV with a very entertaining show on it.
Let's face it, big car/small car, the roads are filling up with idiots.
The increase in aggression (road rage) is amazing - and scary - mainly due to people wanting to get somewhere quicker than you! Chill out people - death will come soon enough.
