Default Low bean removal help!!

I have 2013 rio with projector lights and I can't figure out How to remove the connector from the bulb I've unscrewed the 3 screws holding it all Together and still can't separate them idk what else to do. I'm trying to install my hid kit.

rotate it away from the yellow wires.. it takes a bit of pressure.

got it out!!! now both wires are yellow so how do i know which is positive and negative??

im using my hid kit from my tc with h11 bulbs i modified the plug on the h11 bulb to expose the metal prongs took a chance guessed right plugged them in they work only thing is i feel the prongs might pop out while driving anyway to makesure they stay in??? also driverside is a bitch to get your hands in

Passenger I got tape around but the dam driver side has no room I tried removing the fuse box to hard I don't know how to remove the headlight I took two 10mm bolts out is there more?do I need to remove the bumper ?
